Ingredients and Tools
To say my kitchen is in constant use would be an understatement. It's always rollin' and rockin'! There's always sumpin cookin' at Yohmans' Garden! Jalapeno Cream Dressing
1/2 cup Yohmans' Garden Jumpin Jalapeno Jelly
1/2 cup sour cream
1 TBS fresh lime juice
1 TBS chopped fresh cilantro
Mix and enjoy on your favorite bed of greens or drizzled on chicken breast.
Jalapeno Chicken
Melt butter in a frying pan on low heat.
Add chicken and seasonings
Simmer until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in 1/2 cup Yohmans' Garden Jumpin Jalapeno Pepper Jelly and
simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve over brown rice. Enjoy! Serves 4

Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
Use to top cream cheese
Glaze on meat such as ham and pork or chicken wings.
Glaze on fish, such as salmon, shark steaks and swordfish.
Mix Yohman's Garden Jalapeno Pepper Jelly or Crimson Red Pepper Jelly wtih cream cheese for a delicious dip.
Yummy as a topping on cornbread, waffles and pancakes.
Meatballs emersed in a mixture of barbecue sauce and Yohmans' Garden Jalapeno Pepper Jelly.
Cranberry Delight
1 cup sugar
1 package fresh cranberries
1 cup water
2 TBS Yohmans' Garden Spicy Habanero Pepper Jelly
Bring water and sugar to boil.
Add cranberries and turn down heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until cool.
Add 2 TBS Spicy Habanero Pepper Jelly.
Makes a wonderful spread for freshly baked turkey and ham or spread on crackers with cream cheese.
Garden Fresh Salsa
Our delightful and tasty salsa is not just for tacos and burritos! Try Yohmans' Garden Fiesta Salsa on your next burger. A grilled burger topped with mozzarella cheese and chilled Fiesta Salsa and served on open-faced Texas Toast on a bed of lettuce, with a side of sour cream.
What a calorie reducer - try Yohman's Garden Fiesta Salsa on your next vegetable tray, instead of a mayonnaise or sour-creamed based dressing or dip.
A tasty Nacho Cheese Dip - melt 1 lb. of Mexican Velvetta cheese with Yohmans' Garden Fiesta Salsa in a crock pot (on high). Brown ground beef and add to melted cheese mixture. Heat on low until ready to serve.
